My Story

I'm a trilingual Global Operations expert turned UX Researcher. I have lived, studied, and worked in many countries, including the US, France, Mexico, Sweden, and Spain.

An innate interest in people drives my curiosity; I aim to understand people’s experiences, motivations, challenges, and goals to find how to support their real-life needs.

I discovered the power of User Research during my tenure as Director of Global Operations and Partnerships at the E-comm startup, Revival Rugs, and have been honing my UXR skills ever since. I left my Global Ops career to work toward a focus on User Research in 2021, as this field aligns with this innate interest in people. I have taken on various freelance UXR projects and completed a Certificate in UX Design from Cornell University in 2023.

With over 15 years of experience in global business operations and account management, I bring a unique combination of user research proficiency across qualitative & quantitative research methodologies and extensive business experience to every project. This lens allows me to translate human-focused insights into informed strategic guidance that supports business goals. I am also culturally sensitive and adaptable thanks to my international childhood, enabling me to leverage my language skills when helpful and relevant

I have experience with start-ups and larger organizations. This background has taught me to be scrappy when needed, but also how to diplomatically navigate larger structures when required.

In addition to the Certificate in Human Centered Design from Cornell University, I hold a BA in International Studies from UW-Madison with a focus on culture in the age of globalization.

I'd love to hear about you and discuss how I might be able to support you, and ultimately, your users!
